Vitalize Cranberry Complex Forte:Take 1 tablet twice a day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.
Preferably take with sufficient water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Take the tablets with plenty of water according to the schedule below, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional:
Day 1: 4 capsules of D-mannose three times a day + 1 tablet of Cranberry three times a day.
Day 2: 4 capsules of D-mannose three times a day, twice with 1 tablet of Cranberry.
Day 3: 3 capsules of D-mannose three times a day, twice with 1 tablet of Cranberry.
Day 4: 2 capsules of D-mannose three times a day, twice with 1 tablet of Cranberry.
Day 5, 6 and 7: 1 capsule of D-mannose twice a day and 1 tablet of Cranberry twice a day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
