Usage of Fytomed Mariadistel Biologisch:
You take 20 drops three times a day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take the drops half an hour before or at least an hour after a meal.
The drops can be taken undiluted or mixed with a small amount of water, herbal tea, or fruit juice.
Do not exceed the daily dose.
Warnings:
