Oats, alcohol, and water.Contains 36% alcohol by volume.

Usage of Fytomed Avena Sativa Biologisch:
Take 30-40 drops three to four times daily with some liquid.For children under 12 years: 20 drops three times daily.
Preferably take the drops half an hour before or at least one hour after meals.
The drops can be taken undiluted or mixed with a small amount of water, herbal tea, or fruit juice.
Adhere to the recommended dosage.
A healthy lifestyle is important, as well as a varied and balanced diet, which supplements cannot replace.
