Adults use (unless otherwise prescribed) 15 - 20 drops dissolved in a small amount of water 3 times a day.Children aged 2 to 15 years use the same number of drops as their age, 3 times a day.
Shake the tincture before use. A slight cloudiness or sediment will not negatively impact its quality.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
