Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is an herb native to India, Central and South Asia, and parts of Africa. The Ayurvedic tradition has known the use of ashwagandha for over 4,000 years, but it is less well-known in Western countries. Ashwagandha promotes calmness, has a positive effect on body and mind, and supports natural sleep*.This is due to the active ingredients in the root extract: they have a regulating effect on the hypothalamus/pituitary gland/adrenal glands and can contribute to maintaining normal cortisol levels. The Rhodiola in Golden Naturals Ashwagandha & Rhodiola helps maintain mental and physical balance during times of stress and strengthens mental resilience*.

Composition of Golden Naturals Ashwagandha & Rhodiola:
Each 2 capsules (= daily dose) contain:Ashwagandha (KSM 66) root extract 600 mg
of which withanolides 30 mg
Rhodiola rosea (rose root) extract 200 mg
(standardized to 3% rosavin and 1% salidroside)
Vitamin B1/Thiamine (thiamine hydrochloride) 1.1 mg
Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 100 mcg
Zinc (mono-L-methionine sulfate) 20 mg
L-leucine 200 mg
Bioperine (Piper nigrum L. extract) 3 mg

Usage of Golden Naturals Ashwagandha & Rhodiola:
Take 1 capsule twice a day with water before or during meals.Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless otherwise advised by your health professional.
