The Ayurvedic tradition has known the use of ashwagandha for over 4,000 years, but it is less well-known in Western countries. Ashwagandha promotes calmness, has a positive effect on body and mind, and supports natural sleep*.This is due to the active ingredients in the root extract: they have a regulating effect on the hypothalamus/pituitary gland/adrenal glands and can contribute to maintaining normal cortisol levels. The Rhodiola in Golden Naturals Ashwagandha & Rhodiola helps maintain mental and physical balance during times of stress and strengthens mental resilience*.

Usage of Golden Naturals Ashwagandha & Rhodiola:
