During the day, the Focus & Alert Formula helps you stay focused and alert*, while the Magnesan Forte Plus promotes relaxation and mental balance in the evening.The Focus & Alert Formula contains standardized extracts of Bacopa monnieri (BacoWize®), Camellia sinensis and Shilajit, which help support concentration* – without the typical crash that caffeine can cause.
Magnesan Forte Plus provides Magnesium, which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, a clear mind and mental resilience.

Focus & Alert Formule:Each 2 capsules contains:
Shilajit extract (mummy) 150 mg
- standardized to a minimum of 60% fulvic acid and a maximum of 12% humic acid
Pruikzwam extract (Lion's mane, Hericium erinaceus) 250 mg
- standardized to a minimum of 30% polysaccharides
Waterhyssop kruidextract (Bacopa monnieri herba) 150 mg

Fosfatidylserine 50 mg
Green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis folia) 500 mg,

Magnesium bisglycinate, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (fatty acids), bulking agent (hydroxypropyl cellulose), taurine, glycine, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), pyridoxal-5-phosphate, glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glycerol, hydroxypropyl cellulose).
Usage of Bonusan Focus & Mentale Balans Bundel:
Focus & Alert FormuleTake 1 capsule twice a day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.
Preferably take during or immediately after a meal with sufficient water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Take 1 to 3 tablets daily during or immediately after a meal, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.

Warning:
The maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18, during pregnancy (or when trying to conceive), or breastfeeding.
