Composition of Bonusan Focus & Alert Formule:
Each 2 capsules contains:Shilajit extract (mummy) 150 mg
- standardized to a minimum of 60% fulvic acid and a maximum of 12% humic acid
Pruikzwam extract (Lion's mane, Hericium erinaceus) 250 mg
- standardized to a minimum of 30% polysaccharides
Waterhyssop kruidextract (Bacopa monnieri herba) 150 mg
- standardized to min. 20% bacopasides
Fosfatidylserine 50 mg
Green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis folia) 500 mg,
- standardized to 40% L-theanine, contains on average 6% EGCG (epigallocatechin-3-gallate)
- of which L-Theanine 200 mg
Acetyl-L-carnitine HCl 50 mg
L-Glycine 50 mg

Camellia sinensis, capsule wall (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), Hericium erinaceus, phosphatidylserine (soy), Bacopa monnieri, shiljajit, acetylcarnitine, glycine, anti-caking agent (fatty acid esters of ascorbic acid).Usage of Bonusan Focus & Alert Formule:
Take 1 capsule twice a day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take during or immediately after a meal with sufficient water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day.
Not suitable for consumption in combination with other green tea products or on an empty stomach.
Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
