Calcium is an essential mineral for strong bones. Vitamin D3 and K2 complement each other by supporting the absorption, distribution, and utilization of calcium in the body.Natur-K2D3 combines vitamin D3 with vitamin K2 to support both bone health and the immune system. This formula is suitable for those with a higher need for vitamin D and K, which is more common than a high calcium requirement, as our diet often already contains sufficient calcium.
Vitamin D contributes to healthy bones, normal calcium levels, and a well-functioning immune system. Yet, the majority of the population doesn't get enough vitamin D, especially in winter or when there's little sun exposure. Our bodies can produce this vitamin from UVB rays, but also from our diet. Think of oily fish (salmon, mackerel, sardines), eggs, and fortified dairy products.
