Intake of vitamin B12 through the oral mucosa (under the tongue) ensures optimal absorption of vitamin B12.Both the methylcobalamin and the adenosylcobalamin form are the biologically active form of B12 and are easily absorbed.
These high doses, in combination with folate (biologically active form of folic acid), contribute to a normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen, a normal functioning of the nervous system and memory.
Unlike almost all other folic acid supplements on the market, only the most biologically active form, 5-MTHF, has been used.
The so-called Quatrefolic (the fourth generation of folic acid).
This natural form of folic acid no longer needs to be activated by the liver as is the case with non-natural folic acid and is therefore much better absorbed.
