Lamberts Bio-Iron Complex contains Iron and Vitamin B12, which contribute to a reduction of fatigue and tiredness and support the normal functioning of the immune system. Iron, in the form of Bisglycinate, is gentle on the stomach, and Vitamin B12, in the form of Methylcobalamin, is well absorbed. Combined with Lysine (USP class), an amino acid most commonly found in foods of animal origin, it is the perfect supplement, especially for those following a vegetarian/vegan diet.Composition of Lamberts Bio-Iron Complex:
Each 2 tablets (= daily dose) contain:Vitamine B12 (methylcobalamine) 250 mcg
Iron (bisglycinate) 20 mg
L-lysine HCL 1250 mg

Usage of Lamberts Bio-Iron Complex:
You take 2 tablets per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with water or fruit juice.
