The word kefir is derived from the Turkish word keyfir, meaning "to feel good." Primal kefir is a naturally fermented dairy product containing a wide variety of living microorganisms (bacteria and yeasts) naturally occurring in primal kefir through the fermentation process.
Primal kefir contains, among other things, the unique substances kefiran and lactobacillus kefiri that only occur in kefir and also contains a broad spectrum of nutrients.

Usage of Modern Native Rauwe Oerkefir:
You take 6 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.(6 capsules correspond approximately to 24 ml of fresh primal kefir).
Preferably take with plenty of water. You can take kefir with or without food. We recommend taking it in the morning with breakfast for a good start to your day. You can also spread it out throughout the day to find what works best for you.
