You take 3 tablets per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take 1 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon, and 1 in the evening with sufficient water.
As a maintenance dose, 1 tablet per day can be taken in the morning.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
