Application of NOW Omega-3 Extra Visolie:
Fish oil has beneficial health properties, particularly a positive effect on fatty acid balance. The major advantage of fish oil capsules over fresh fish is that they contain purified fish oil free of heavy metals, dioxins, and contaminants. NOW Foods Fish Oil is a combination of sardine, anchovy, and mackerel oils.The softgel has an enteric-coating that is resistant to stomach acid and acid, making the fish oil less likely to cause acid reflux. NOW fish oil contains natural vitamin E as a preservative. To prevent fatty acids from oxidizing in the body, it is recommended (at higher doses) to supplement with Vitamin E 400 mixed tocopherols.
