Magnesium is a mineral essential for many bodily processes. It contributes to normal muscle function, plays a role in nerve impulse transmission, and is involved in memory and concentration. Rich sources of magnesium include cocoa, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dates, plums, and avocado.Magnesium deficiency is becoming increasingly common these days. Stress can play a role, as the body uses a lot of magnesium during times of stress. There are also medications that lower magnesium levels. Symptoms associated with a magnesium deficiency include cramps, fatigue, constipation, anxiety, and restlessness.
Composition of Mattisson Multi Magnesium:
Each tablet contains:Magnesium bisglycinaat50 mg
Magnesium citrate 40 mg
Magnesium Malate 40 mg
Magnesium sulfate30 mg
- of which elemental Magnesium 200 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5?-phosphate)0,3 mg
Ingredients of Mattisson Multi Magnesium:
Microcrystalline cellulose (filler), Magnesium bisglycinate, Magnesium taurate, Magnesium malate, Magnesium citrate, Aquamin® TG Magnesium, vegetarian magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), isomalt (binder), silica (anti-caking agent), tapioca dextrin (binder), coating (HPC, HPMC), Pyridoxal 5 phosphate (Vitamin B6).Usage of Mattisson Multi Magnesium:
Take 1-2 tablets per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take with plenty of water during breakfast.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Taking more than 250 mg of magnesium per day (2 tablets) may have a laxative effect. Not suitable for children under 1 year.
