Composition of Mattisson Multi Magnesium:
Each tablet contains:Magnesium bisglycinaat 50 mg
Aquamin® Magnesium 40 mg
Magnesium citrate 40 mg
Magnesium Malate 40 mg
Magnesium sulfate 30 mg
- of which elemental magnesium 200 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5?-phosphate) 0,3 mg
Ingredients of Mattisson Multi Magnesium:
Microcrystalline cellulose (filler), Magnesium bisglycinate, Magnesium taurate, Magnesium malate, Magnesium citrate, Aquamin® magnesium (hydroxide, corn starch (stabilizer)), vegetarian magnesium salts of fatty acids (anti-caking agent), isomalt (firming agent), water, silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), Pyridoxal 5 phosphate (Vitamin B6).Usage of Mattisson Multi Magnesium:
You take 1-2 tablets per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with plenty of water during breakfast.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
A laxative effect may occur with the intake of more than 250 mg of magnesium per day (2 tablets).
Not suitable for children under 1 year.
