Use of Vitakruid Multi Dag & Nacht Man Sport :
Multi day man sport:You take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.
Preferably in the morning with breakfast. Adhere to the recommended dosage. Not suitable for children under 18 years of age, during pregnancy, or breastfeeding. The maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Multi night man sport: You take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.
Preferably in the evening, 2 hours before going to sleep.
Adhere to the recommended dosage. Not suitable for children under 1 year.
