Use of Vitakruid Multi Dag & Nacht Man Sport :
Multi day man sport:Take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.
Preferably in the morning with breakfast. Follow the recommended dosage. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age, during pregnancy, or breastfeeding. The maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Multi night man sport: Take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.
Preferably in the evening 2 hours before going to sleep.
Follow the recommended dosage. Not suitable for children under 1 year of age.
