Usage of Nutalis 7M Daily Fiber Biologisch:
Maximum amount, 1 tablespoon twice a day.Men/Women 14 years and older, 1 to a maximum of 1 tablespoon, 2 times daily.
Boys/Girls 4 to 13 years Boys/Girls 4 to 13 years, 1 to a maximum of 1 heaped teaspoon 2 times daily.
Boys/Girls 1 to 3 years Boys/Girls 1 to 3 years, up to 1 teaspoon per day.
Standard dosage is 1 tablespoon once daily, take with liquid food (approx. 200 ml) and stir well. Daily Fiber can be mixed with all cold or warm liquid food.
If desired, take the maximum dose of 1 tablespoon 2 times a day. Start with 1 teaspoon per day and build up as desired. Stick to the recommended dosage and do not take the fibers in the evening before going to bed.
For young children from 6 months, when they can tolerate solid food, Daily Fiber can be added to liquid food. Build it up slowly and start with a quarter teaspoon up to a maximum of 1 full teaspoon per day.
