Multivitamins and minerals specifically intended for use during pregnancy and the lactation period.At night, as an expectant mother, you want to relax and sleep. Multi Nacht Mama contains a number of important nutrients that support you during pregnancy, such as vitamin D, vitamin C, and iron. For this formula, we have also chosen beta-carotene, the safe precursor of vitamin A, and calcium from red algae.
Vitamin D for bones and muscles
During pregnancy, it is important to get enough vitamin D. This nutrient is important for maintaining strong bones, has a positive influence on the immune system, is good for the muscles, and helps keep teeth strong.
Vitamin D and vitamin K are partners in crime for calcium metabolism. Together, they play a role in calcium uptake into the bones and bone formation. Vitamin D contributes to the absorption of calcium from food.
100% vegan
The vitamin D3 in Multi Nacht Vrouw is derived from algae, making it suitable for vegans. Normally, the nutrient is extracted from sheep's wool, but Vita-algae D® is 100% plant-based. With a dose of 20 micrograms, it is usually not necessary to take a separate vitamin D supplement.
Highly absorbable calcium from red algae
Due to their unique structure, red algae are able to absorb minerals from seawater, including a large amount of calcium. They also contain magnesium, potassium, and phosphorus, among other things. Consequently, this algae is aptly called chalk weed in English.
