L-Theanine is a fascinating amino acid found in regular tea that is thought to be responsible for that unique "cup of tea" feeling.Lemon balm has a long history of use in traditional herbal medicine. It helps relax the body and mind and maintain a clear mind. Lemon balm also supports a natural night's sleep.
Lamberts Theanine & Lemon Balm Complex combines 200mg L-Theanine with no less than 6000mg lemon balm and three relevant B vitamins.
Folic acid and biotin are both included for their contribution to normal psychological functions, and pantothenic acid for their contribution to normal mental performance.

Composition of Lamberts L-Theanine & Lemon Balm Complex:
Every 2 tablets (=daily dose) contain:Folic acid 200 mcg
Pantothenic acid 6 mg
Biotin 50 mcg
L-Theanine 200 mg
(from green tea extract with up to 5 mg epigallocatechin gallate EGCG)
Lemon balm 6000 mg (as 600 mg of a 10:1 extract

Calcium Carbonate, Lemon Balm Leaf Extract (Melissa officinalis), Cellulose, Green Tea Leaf Extract (Camellia sinensis), Tablet Coating (Calcium Carbonate, Isomalt, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Colour: Iron Oxides), Anti-caking Agents (Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids, Stearic Acid & Silicon Dioxide), Crosslinked Cellulose Gum, Pantothenic Acid (Calcium Pantothenate), Folic Acid, Biotin.Usage of Lamberts L-Theanine & Lemon Balm Complex:
You take 2 tablets per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Take with a meal.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
The maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Not suitable for children under 18, during pregnancy (or during pregnancy), or breastfeeding.
