Each lozenge contains:Streptococcus salivarius K12 (BLIS K12®) 0.5 billion CFU*
FOS (fructo-oligosaccharides) 275 mg

Take 2 lozenges 1-4 times a day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably allow to dissolve in the mouth and swallow.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
