Nutergia ErgyFibral, a plant- and fruit-based chewing block, is particularly rich in fibre. It contains oat fibre, which promotes regular bowel movements, and green aniseed, which helps maintain good bowel transit, as well as chamomile. Rhubarb and prunes provide additional fibre.Composition of Nutergia ErgyFibral:
Each 2 cubes contain:Oat fibre 5.5 grams
Plum paste 4.4 grams
Rhubarb paste 4 grams
Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) 4.2 grams
Chamomile extract 500 mg
Green anise extract 200 mg
L-glutamine 60 mg
Magnesium 114 mg

Oat fibre 27.7 % (Avena sativa L.) [gluten], plum paste 22 % (Prunus domestica L.), fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), rhubarb paste 20 % (cane sugar, rhubarb 42 % (Rheum x hybridum Murray), gelling agent: fruit pectin), sunflower oil (Helianthus annuus L. ), chamomile extract 2.5 % (Matricaria recutita L.), magnesium carbonate, magnesium carbonate 1 % (Pimpinella anisum L.), natural plum flavouring, L-glutamine.Usage of Nutergia ErgyFibral:
Take 1-2 chewing cubes per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take outside meals with a large glass of water (200 ml).
For children between 6 and 12 years, ½ cube per day.
