Black garlic is a fermented white garlic. The fermentation process gives the garlic its black color, but also loses its characteristic garlic aroma and flavor. This product contains red yeast and vitamin B1. Red yeast rice is extracted from rice fermented with the yeast Monascus purpureus.✓Vitamin B1 is important for the nervous system.
