Take 1 capsule per day with a meal, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Kidney patients should not take more than 200 mg of vitamin C (ascorbic acid) per day because of, among other things, the risk of hyperoxalemia.
