Each capsule contains:Ginger root extract (Zingiber officinale Rosc.) 31.20 mg
- of which Gingerols 6.90 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 2 mg

Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, ginger root extract (Zingiber officinale rosc.), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.This product is free from: Soy, lactose and gluten.

Usage of Metagenics MetaGinger:
You take 1-3 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Children aged 6-11 years take 1 capsule per day and pregnant women take 1-2 capsules per day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
