Each capsule contains:Ginger root extract (Zingiber officinale Rosc.) 31.20 mg
of which Gingerols 6.24 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 2 mg
Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Sunflower lecithin, Bamboo extract (Bambusa vulgaris).

Usage of Metagenics MetaGinger:
