Each capsule contains 35 mg of elemental iron from iron bisglycinate, a well-tolerated form of iron with high bioavailability.✓Iron, vitamin B6 and B12 contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. Together with folate, they contribute to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
✓Folate contributes to normal blood formation and to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy.
✓Vitamin C increases iron absorption and, in combination with vitamin B2, contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
