Each tablet contains:Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 200 mg
Zinc (bisglycinate) 15 mg
Selenium (L-selenomethionine) 27.5 mcg
Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) 50 mcg
Quercetin 125 mg
Green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze) 75 mg
EGCG (epigallocatechin-3-gallate) 30 mg
Beta-glucans 250 mg
Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Usage of Metagenics ImmuDefense Forte:
Take 1 capsule per day, unless advised otherwise by your healthcare professional.Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
Warning:
The maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under the age of 18, during pregnancy (or when planning to conceive) or while breastfeeding.
