Carrier: microcrystalline cellulose, yeast beta-glucans (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), quercetin, carrier: hydroxypropyl cellulose, green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze), carrier: polyvinylpyrrolidone, zinc bisglycinate, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, vitamin D (cholecalciferol), L-selenomethionine, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.This product is free from: Gluten, lactose and soy.

Usage of Metagenics ImmuDefense Forte:
Take 1 capsule per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
The maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18, during pregnancy (or when trying to conceive), or breastfeeding.
