California poppy extract (Eschscholzia californica Cham.), vegetable oil (rapeseed), lavender oil (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.), modified starch, humectants (sorbitols), emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides), glazing agent (glycerol), gelling agent (carrageenan), emulsifier (lecithins), colorant (riboflavins), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), melatonin, acidity regulator (sodium carbonates).Use of Shiepz Nachtrust 5-in-1:
Take 1 capsule 1 hour before bedtime, unless otherwise advised by a healthcare professional.Preferably take with plenty of water.
Preferably stick to a fixed time.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
