B vitamins are a group of water-soluble vitamins involved in various physiological processes, including energy metabolism, the nervous system, and psychological functions.Supplemed Vitamin B Complex Liposomal contains all essential B vitamins in amounts equal to 100% of the daily EU reference intake. For Vitamin B6 and Folic Acid, the biologically active forms pyridoxal-5-phosphate and 5-methyltetrahydrofolate have been selected. The formula utilizes Lipo-Real® technology, in which the vitamins are incorporated into a dry liposomal matrix based on phosphatidylcholine. Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, and B12 support energy-yielding metabolism and contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
