Bisglycinate is the most bioavailable form of iron. The structure of an amino acid chelate is so strong that our gastric juice cannot break it down. This is due to the amino acids in the chelate form, which act as a protective layer for the iron. Consequently, the iron bisglycinate reaches our intestines as a complete element, where our body subsequently absorbs it. Use of Vitakruid IJzer Bisglycinaat Complex:
