Application of Nutura Vitaminespray Goodnight:
Goodnight Vitamin Spray contains the maximum permitted dose for dietary supplements of 0.299 mg Melatonin, but we have also added 5-HTP from Griffonia Simplicifolia, L-Theanine, and a special herbal complex. 5-HTP is a precursor to the body's own production of Melatonin.✓The active ingredients in the combination of Valerian* and Hop* contribute to healthy sleep and help you fall asleep.

Composition of Nutura Vitaminespray Goodnight:
Each 8 sprays (= daily dosage) contains:5-HTP from Griffonia-Simplicifolia fruit 0.75 mg
L-Theanine 0,75 mg
Melatonin 0.299 mg
Herbal extract complex of: 5 mg
- Guelder Rose, Feverfew, Ginkgo Biloba, Hops, Passionflower, Mint, Skullcap, Valerian (each 0.625 mg).

Purified water; solvents: glycerol (organic - vegan), alcohol; 5-HTP from Griffonia simplicifolia; L-theanine; melatonin; herbal extract complex (Guelder rose, feverfew, ginkgo biloba, hops, passionflower, mint, skullcap, valerian); natural flavouring: spearmint; vegetable sweetener: steviol glycoside (stevia); preservative: potassium sorbate; acidity regulator: citric acid.Usage of Nutura Vitaminespray Goodnight:
Before first use, press the pump 4 to 6 times to activate it. Shake gently before use.Spray 1 to 8 puffs directly into the oral cavity as needed 15 minutes before going to sleep.
Each tube contains ± 240 measured sprays.
Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.
Warning:
Contains melatonin, 5-HTP, and valerian, among others. Suitable for adults only.
