Internal use: to support digestion, for malaise, and for discomfort before and during menstruation, take 15-20 drops on a sugar cube or diluted with water three times daily.External use: apply undiluted several times a day to support skin circulation in the affected area, or diluted for sensitive skin.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
