Folic acid (as folate: 5-methyltetrahydrofolate glucosamine salt) (Quatrefolic®) 100 mcg
Vitamine B12 100 mcg
of which:
- 5'-deoxyadenosylcobalamine 50 mcg
- Methylcobalamine 50 mcg

Bulkers (Calcium carbonate, Microcrystalline cellulose), Vitamins, Coating (Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), Anti-caking agent (Silicon dioxide).Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Usage of VitOrtho P-5-P Actief Formule:
You take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take during a meal with sufficient water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
NB:
This product contains more than 7 mg of vitamin B6 and is therefore not suitable for children up to and including 17 years of age.
