Usage of Proviform Probiorin X8:
You take 1-2 capsules at a time, unless otherwise recommended by your healthcare professional.Preferably take before a meal with a glass of lukewarm water. Maximum 6 capsules per day.
The capsules can also be opened to dissolve the powder in lukewarm water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
