Chromium is a mineral that humans need in small amounts (micrograms). The form of chromium found in foods is the biologically active trivalent form (3+).Altisa Chromium 180 mcg provides the excellent and highly absorbable trivalent, biologically active form of chromium, namely chromium picolinate.
Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels.

Each tablet (= daily dosage) contains:Chromium (picolinate) 180 mcg
Ingredients of Altisa Chromium 180 mcg:
Thickener: microcrystalline cellulose; filler: calcium phosphate; glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; lubricant: magnesium stearate; thickener: silicon dioxide; chromium picolinate; stabilizer: glycerol; glazing agent: beeswax.This product is free from: Artificial colours, preservatives and flavours, sugar, salt, starch, yeast, corn, milk (derivatives), talc, gluten, lactose, shellfish, eggs, fish, soy, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, lupine and molluscs.
Composition of Altisa Chromium 180 mcg:
Take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take before a meal with plenty of water.
