Nicorette Mouth Spray is a nicotine replacement in the form of a spray that is atomized in the mouth.Relieve your cigarette craving after 30 seconds.
Nicorette Mouth Spray is suitable for quickly suppressing the urge to smoke during difficult moments, such as after meals, when stressed, or in an environment where people smoke. This reduces the risk of relapse and increases your chances of successfully quitting.
How does Nicorette Mouth Spray work?
Nicorette Mouth Spray contains 1 mg of nicotine per spray for therapeutic use. The nicotine is absorbed into the body through the oral mucosa. The spray quickly relieves cravings during difficult times and helps you quit successfully.
Composition of Nicorette Mondspray Mint Duoverpakking:
Active ingredient: One spray is equivalent to 1 mg nicotine.Excipients: propylene glycol (E1520), anhydrous ethanol, trometamol, poloxamer 407, glycerol (E422), sodium bicarbonate, levomenthol, mint flavour, cooling flavour, sucralose, acesulfame potassium, butylhydroxytoluene (E321), hydrochloric acid (for pH adjustment) and purified water.
Usage of Nicorette Mondspray Mint Duoverpakking:
Persons under 18 years of age should not use this medicine.Consult your doctor if you haven't reduced your spray count or cigarette consumption after 6 weeks of treatment, or if you need to use this medication for longer than 6 months. You should normally use this medication for 3 months. This medication should not be used for longer than 6 months.
The instructions on how to use this medicine depend on whether you stop immediately or gradually reduce the number of cigarettes you smoke before quitting completely.
Stop smoking immediately
The goal is to stop smoking immediately and use the vapor to relieve the craving to smoke.
Do not use more than 2 sprays at a time or 4 sprays per hour for 16 hours. The maximum dose is 64 sprays over 16 hours in any 24-hour period.
Step 1: Weeks 1 to 6
Use 1 or 2 sprays whenever you would normally smoke a cigarette or are craving one. Start with one spray, and if your craving doesn't subside within a few minutes, use a second. If 2 sprays are required, subsequent doses can be administered as 2 consecutive sprays. For most smokers, this means about 1 or 2 sprays every 30 minutes to 1 hour.
For example, if you smoke an average of 15 cigarettes a day, you should use 1 or 2 sprays at least 15 times during the day.
Step 2: Weeks 7 to 9
Start by reducing the number of sprays per day. By the end of week 9, you should be able to get by with HALF the average number.
