Arkopharma Arkorelax Slaap Forte contains, among other things, Melatonin, Valerian, and Vitamin B6.

Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the reduction of fatigue and tiredness; it also contributes to mental resilience.

Melatonin 295 mcg
Valerian extract 150 mg
Passionflower extract100 mg
Vitamine B6 0,7 mg
California poppy extract 160 mg

Ingredients of Arkopharma Arkorelax Slaap Forte:

Bulking agent: cellulose, Extract of the above-ground part of California Poppy (Escholtzia californica), Extract of the underground part of Valerian (Valeriana officinalis), anti-caking agents: stearic acid, talc, magnesium stearate and reticulated cellulose gum, Extract of the above-ground part of Passionflower (Passiflora Incarnata), Maltodextrin, Concentrate of the thallus of spirulina (Spirulina platensis), Rice starch, Vitamin B6, Melatonin, Film coating: glazing agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, stearic acid, cellulose, ethylcellulose and carnauba wax.

Use of Arkopharma Arkorelax Slaap Forte:

Take 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime with a large glass of water, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
