Application of Vitalize Slaap Comfort Forte:
Vitalize Sleep Comfort Forte contains a combination of magnesium, various plant extracts, and melatonin, specifically intended for the night. Because a rested start to a new day begins with a good night.For centuries, plants and herbs have been used for their calming influence. Valerian and Passionflower have in common that they have a relaxing and soothing effect*. By using extracts, you can easily ingest as much of the active substances of these plants as possible. As a result, you go into the night relaxed, to wake up rested in the morning*.
The griffonia extract is derived from the African plant Griffonia simplicifolia, also known as California poppy. The seeds of this plant contain the amino acid L-5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP). This is the direct precursor of the sleep hormone melatonin.
Melatonin is a naturally occurring hormone that influences the sleep-wake cycle. In the evening, melatonin is produced in your body to induce sleep. If this process is disrupted by, for example, prolonged screen or smartphone use in the evening, falling asleep can be affected.
The amino acids L-Tryptophan and GABA and the mineral Magnesium make this supplement complete.

Use of Vitalize Slaap Comfort Forte:
