Each 2 tablets (= daily dose) contains:Magnesium bisglycinaat 150 mg
Magnesium citrate 100 mg
Taurine 200 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5 phosphate) 4 mg
Vitamine D3 (cholecalciferol) 25 mcg
Ingredients of Vital Direct Magnesiumplex:
Magnesium (bisglycinate and citrate), taurine, vitamin B6, vitamin D3, excipients: microcrystalline cellulose (plant fibres as filler), coating (HPMC, glycerine, HPC), vegetable oil (binder), silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate (anti-caking agents).Usage of Vital Direct Magnesiumplex:
Take 1 tablet twice a day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take with sufficient water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
