Application of Heltiq Vette Watten:
Heltiq Cotton Wool is used under a pressure or support bandage.Apply a protective layer to areas where the bone is close to the skin (e.g. shin, ankle).
Then apply the desired bandage.
Also suitable for use as a brooding bandage.

Usage of Heltiq Vette Watten:
Remove moisture from blistersCut a piece of cotton wool 15 to 20 cm long
Split this piece of cotton wool because otherwise it is too thick
Fold the thin piece of cotton wool in a zigzag pattern between the toes
Split the piece of greasy cotton wool again and fold it back above and below the toes
Put your sock back on very carefully, otherwise the greasy cotton wool will immediately break
The cotton wool in the socks will feel a little warm for the first few minutes, but this will quickly disappear as you walk.
