Each 1.5 teaspoons contains 302 mg of naturally occurring, pure natural, highly absorbable vitamin C complex derived from an extract of acerola berries.The advantage of this extract is that it contains natural co-factors such as phytonutrients and bioflavonoids. These co-factors ensure natural, optimal absorption of vitamin C from the acerola berry.
This product contains NO synthetic vitamin C! This pure acerola concentrate does not leave the body via urine, which is often indicated by the deep yellow color of the urine associated with a high intake of regular vitamin C.
It is good to be aware that vitamin C never occurs alone in nature.
To give just one example: vitamin C trees or shrubs do not exist....
The vitamin C found in nature is always part of a complete vitamin C complex! Food sources containing the entire vitamin C complex are a natural way to actually obtain vitamin C as nature intended.
