Extract of black pepper 40 mg
Extract of broccoli 16 mg
N-acetylcysteine 100 mg
Vitamin B3 10 mg
Zinc 4 mg

Extracts of turmeric (Curcuma longa L.), black pepper (Piper nigrum L.) and broccoli (Brassica oleracea L.), N-acetylcysteine (NAC), zinc gluconate, anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate; vitamin B3 (nicotinamide). Capsule: fish gelatine, colouring agent: iron oxide.Usage of Nutergia ErgyCare:
You take 1-2 capsules daily, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take with meals with plenty of water.
