Green coffee extract (Svetol®), bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), choline, L-methionine, green tea extract, cayenne, inositol, anti-caking agent (vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), black pepper extract (Bioperine®), chromium (Chromax®).This product is free from yeast, gluten, dairy, soy, and wheat.

Usage of Solgar Thermogenic Complex with Svetol:
You take 2 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
