Solgar Super Cod Liver Oil Complex is an ideal supplement to a multivitamin, based on cod liver oil and fish oil. Cod liver oil contains Vitamins A and D. Fish oil contains Omega-3 fatty acids. Vitamin A helps maintain normal mucous membranes. Vitamin D plays a role in bone formation and the immune system, among other things.
