Application of Mattisson Magnesium Malaat:
Magnesium malate is a bond between the mineral magnesium and organic malic acid. Malic acid can be used in the citric acid cycle, which contributes to the formation of ATP (energy). This organically bound form of magnesium is better absorbed than inorganically bound forms of magnesium, such as magnesium oxide or magnesium sulfate. Furthermore, the bond with malic acid reduces gastrointestinal complaints.Magnesium malate is well absorbed by the muscles and supports healthy muscle function. This form of magnesium also helps with fatigue.
The addition of B6 in the form of P-5-P (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) increases magnesium absorption. B6 also helps with fatigue and contributes to muscle energy production.

Each capsule contains:Magnesium Malate 700 mg
of which elemental Magnesium 81 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 252 mcg
