Explanation of active ingredients:✓Beta glucans : contribute to the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels in the blood.
✓Vitamin C : contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, including during and after strenuous exercise, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function, and normal collagen formation for the normal functioning of bones, cartilage, gums, teeth, and skin. It helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and protects cells against oxidative stress. Vitamin C supports the regeneration of the active form of vitamin E. It contributes to the absorption of calcium, phosphorus, and iron.
✓Vitamin D3 : contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus, normal calcium levels in the blood, the maintenance of normal bones, and the normal functioning of muscles and teeth. It plays a role in the cell division process.
✓Selenium : contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, normal thyroid function, normal spermatogenesis, and the maintenance of normal nails and hair. It helps protect cells against oxidative stress.

Yeast Beta Glucan, Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Zinc Citrate, Vitamin D (Vitamin D3, Antioxidant: dl alpha, Tocopherol), Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Glycerin), Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate, Selenium (Sodium Selenite).This product is free from: Wheat, gluten, barley, soy, eggs, milk and dairy products, lactose, nuts, sulfites, celery, fish, shellfish, and yeast. Suitable for vegetarians.
Usage of Lamberts Beta Glucaan Complex:
Take 1 tablet per day with a meal unless otherwise advised.Not suitable for children up to and including 10 years old.
