Hops (Humulus lupulus), valerian (Valeriana officinalis), L-theanine, magnesium citrate, vegetarian capsule shell (cellulose (HPMC), purified water).This product is free from:
Sugar, yeast, lactose, gluten, non-natural preservatives, synthetic colors, flavors, and animal ingredients.
Usage of Ortholon Brain Relax (nr 19):
You take 1 capsule three times a day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take during a meal with sufficient water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Not suitable for children under 14 years of age. Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do not combine with antidepressants and/or sedatives. Excessive use of valerian may affect driving ability or the operation of machinery.
