Oily fish is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. Fish obtain these fatty acids by eating algae. Algae are therefore the original source of omega-3 fatty acids. Unlike omega-3 fatty acids from fish oil, algae oil is 100% plant-based. Golden Naturals Omega-3 Algae Oil is a perfect alternative for vegetarians and vegans because the capsule is also plant-based. It is also allergen-free and therefore safe for people with fish allergies. Golden Naturals Omega-3 Algae Oil contains a rich dose of DHA and EPA. DHA is an essential omega-3 fatty acid and an important building block for the brain. DHA is also good for vision. These beneficial effects are obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA. A combination of 250 mg of EPA and DHA also has a beneficial effect on the heart. Algal oil (microalgae Schizochytrium sp.), thickener (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose), bulking agent (high oleic acid), flavouring (rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) extract), antioxidants (tocopherols, ascorbyl palmitate).Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
This product is free from: Egg, gluten-containing grains, lupine, milk, mustard, nuts, peanuts, crustaceans and molluscs, celery, sesame seeds, soy, sulphites, fish.
Usage of Golden Naturals Omega-3 Algenolie EPA & DHA:
Take 2 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take during a meal with sufficient water.
Children aged 10 years and older: take 1 capsule twice a day with water.
Children aged 6 years and older: squeeze 1 capsule per day into fruit juice and drink immediately.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
