Lamberts Methyl B-complex is a unique and excellently comprehensive B-complex.For Vitamin B6, Pyridoxal 5-phosphate (P-5-P), the active form of Vitamin B6, was chosen, and for Vitamin B12, Methylcobalamin was taken, a very easily absorbable form of B12.
In addition to these special forms, Lamberts Methyl B-complex also contains all other B vitamins with Inositol and Choline, which supports the effect of the B vitamins.
Several B vitamins have been scientifically proven to be essential for healthy immune system function and healthy mental functioning.
Specific B vitamins have also been shown to contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to support the maintenance of normal skin.

Each tablet (=daily dosage) contains:Vitamine B1 (Thiamine) 25 mg
Vitamine B2 (Riboflavine) 28 mg

Modified starch, bulking agent (cellulose), choline bitartrate, pantothenic acid (calcium pantothenate), thiamine mononitrate, niacin (nicotinamide), inositol, riboflavin, vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, stearic acid & magnesium salts of fatty acids), glazing agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose & glycerol), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), folic acid (calcium L-methylfolate), biotin.This product is free from: Wheat, gluten, barley, soy, eggs, milk and dairy products, lactose, nuts, sulphites, celery, fish, shellfish and yeast.

Usage of Lamberts Methyl B Complex:
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
